VigilantAI is operated by INSPIRE SOLUTIONS GROUP LLC, a Maryland Limited Liability Company.

Service

VigilantAI provides external exposure assessments, identity-risk analysis, compromise likelihood modeling, change detection, and reporting for internet-facing systems and organizational assets.

Scope of Service

VigilantAI performs external-only analysis using publicly observable internet-facing signals and user-provided inputs. The service does not perform intrusive exploitation, authenticated penetration testing, or unauthorized access attempts.

Target Authorization

You represent that you own, manage, are authorized to assess, or otherwise have explicit permission to analyze any domain, IP address, or asset submitted to VigilantAI. VigilantAI does not verify asset ownership and is not responsible for unauthorized submissions.

Risk Interpretation

Likelihood scores, attack-path analysis, identity exposure findings, and remediation guidance are probabilistic and informational in nature. They do not confirm compromise, exploitation, or unauthorized access. Assessments should not be treated as certified security audits or penetration test results.

Public Breach Intelligence

Identity exposure analysis is based on publicly available or commercially licensed breach intelligence datasets. A finding does not imply that an account or system has been actively compromised — it indicates that associated credentials or identifiers appear in known datasets.

Report Sharing

Reports are provided as informational assessments only. VigilantAI is not liable for decisions made by third parties based on shared report contents, including auditors, insurers, or clients.

No Security Warranty

VigilantAI does not guarantee that all vulnerabilities, exposures, identity risks, or attack paths will be identified. Absence of findings does not imply absence of risk.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under your account.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe and renew automatically unless canceled. You may cancel at any time.

Refund Policy

Payments are non-refundable except where required by law. Service remains active through the current billing period after cancellation.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service for unlawful purposes, submit targets you are not authorized to assess, or attempt to interfere with or compromise the platform.

No Guarantee

VigilantAI provides informational analysis only and does not guarantee the prevention of security incidents.

Limitation of Liability

INSPIRE SOLUTIONS GROUP LLC shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the preceding 3 months.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland.
