VigilantAI is operated by INSPIRE SOLUTIONS GROUP LLC, a Maryland Limited Liability Company.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using VigilantAI (getvigilantai.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree, you may not use this service.

2. Service Description

VigilantAI provides cybersecurity software services including external attack surface monitoring and internal network security tools. Services are provided on a subscription basis.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with or disrupt the service, or to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or networks.

5. Subscription and Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel at any time. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods. INSPIRE SOLUTIONS GROUP LLC reserves the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice.

6. Limitation of Liability

INSPIRE SOLUTIONS GROUP LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to conflict of law principles.
