We collect information you provide when creating an account (name, email, company), payment information processed securely through Stripe, and usage data including DNS query logs, device information, and network security events generated by your use of our platform.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to provide and improve our services, process payments, send security alerts and reports, and communicate about your account. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

3. DNS and Network Data

DNS query data collected through our service is used solely to provide threat detection and security scoring for your organization. This data is stored securely and is not shared with third parties except as required to provide the service (e.g., Cloudflare Gateway for DNS resolution).

4. HIPAA

For customers in healthcare environments, INSPIRE SOLUTIONS GROUP LLC offers a Business Associate Agreement (BAA). DNS filtering operates at the domain level only and does not access the content of communications or protected health information (PHI). Contact us at info@getvigilantai.com to execute a BAA.

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS), encrypted storage, and access controls. We conduct regular security reviews of our infrastructure.

6. Data Retention

Account data is retained for the duration of your subscription plus 90 days after cancellation. DNS event logs are retained for 90 days by default. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us.

7. Third-Party Services

We use Stripe for payment processing, Clerk for authentication, and Cloudflare for DNS infrastructure. Each maintains their own privacy policies. We use AWS for hosting and data storage in the United States.

8. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting info@getvigilantai.com. We will respond within 30 days.
